Refund Policy

SafeLooking provides access to digital services and platform-based features. By making a payment on SafeLooking, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Payments made on SafeLooking are processed securely via third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- A technical error resulted in duplicate or incorrect charges
- A paid service was not delivered due to a system failure attributable to SafeLooking
- A payment was made in error and reported within the eligible timeframe
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after service activation
- Services already delivered or accessed
- Digital content, subscriptions, or platform access once activated
- Violations of our Terms of Service
SafeLooking does not provide refunds for user dissatisfaction where services were delivered as described.

SafeLooking does not issue refunds in cash, cryptocurrency, credits, or alternative payment methods.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact SafeLooking before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of access to services
