1) Overview
SafeLooking provides digital services and platform-based features. By making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (including Stripe).
2) How to request a refund (Public process)
To request a refund, email us at support@safelooking.com within 7 days of the charge date.
- Full name
- Email used for the purchase
- Transaction date and amount
- Plan name (if applicable)
- Reason for the refund request
- (Optional) Screenshot or error details if the issue is technical
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
3) When refunds may be approved
Refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate/incorrect charge)
- A technical error prevented delivery of a paid feature attributable to SafeLooking
- You made a purchase in error and reported it within the eligible timeframe
4) Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after features/subscription access has been activated
- Services delivered as described
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Requests outside the refund request window
5) Subscription cancellation (if applicable)
If you are on a subscription plan, you can cancel at any time from your account settings (or by contacting support). Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded.
6) Refund method & processing time
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days (bank timing may vary).
- We do not issue refunds in cash, cryptocurrency, credits, or alternative methods.
7) Chargebacks / disputes
Please contact us first at support@safelooking.com before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account restriction while we investigate. We respond to disputes with relevant records according to our Terms and policies.
